Deniz is a Turkish-American director & editor whose narrative work explores personal themes through genre-blending, experiential techniques.

His film “My Child” premiered at Nashville Film Festival and was nominated for an ASC Student Heritage Award.

His documentary “Projectionist” was broadcast on PBS and featured in publications such as MovieMaker Magazine and No Film School.

He will attend the American Film Institute next year as a directing fellow.
